– The range hire fee must be paid up front to confirm the booking.  

– We require a bank card on the day from the lead booker as a security measure. This will be stored securely and released once your booking is complete   

– Dress Code: No tracksuits or baseballs caps   

– All members of the party are over the age of 18  (Unless booking an under 18 slot during our family sessions)

– If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so 14 days in advance of the confirmed date, any cancellations made after this time will not receive a refund. We will do our best to move dates/times of your booking where possible.  

-Please note any bookings made inside the 14 day cancellation period, will be non-refundable- again we will try our best to move the date for you! Within the ‘Festive Period’ (17/11 – 24/12) our cancellation policy differs, please see our website for full Ts and Cs
